Engagements: Hannah and Jason

Hannah and Jason were married back on December 5th and I'll have their wedding pictures posted soon, but in the mean time lets go back to their engagement session just before Thanksgiving...

Jason got back from Afghanistan just in time for a beautiful wedding, but before that we needed to get some super-cute pics of just the two of them! They met me at my studio in Grapevine and we hit the streets from there finding some of my favorite spots. Jason was all about Hannah (and why not, he's been deployed for a year now!) so getting them to laugh, snuggle, be cute and in love was SOOOO easy!

Congrats guys, can't wait to show you the wedding pictures!

Daina and Chris' wedding at Hackberry Creek Country Club

Daina and Chris were married back in November at the beautiful Hackberry Creek Country Club. I love that their ballroom is 2/3 windows and lets in the most beautiful natural light! It's a photographer's dream... A special thank you as well to Tommy Evans with Specialty Sound for keeping the party going!

I can't say enough about this awesome couple! They are the epitome of "meant-to-be" and everyone at that wedding was there to celebrate this day MANY years in the making. Daina's father co-officiated which made the ceremony extra personal and emotional.

Congrats guys! I can't wait to get started on that wedding album for you!

Engagements: Megan and Jeff - downtown Fort Worth

Megan and Jeff were so much fun on their engagements! Megan said. "I don't care where we go, but make it fun and atypical!" So I took them to some of my favorite urban spots in and around downtown Fort Worth. You'd be amazed at the beauty you pass by everyday at 70MPH everyday on I-30!

I had such a blast getting to know them both better and I can't wait until their wedding next May!

Liz and Brent - University Park Methodist and the Filter Building on White Rock Lake

Liz and Brent's wedding back in November was nonstop fun from beginning to end. Disregard the fact that I love this couple, and disregard the fact that Liz would look beautiful in a flour sac, and you can even disregard the fact that they have the nicest, most supportive family and friends... this would still have been the most fun you could have on a Saturday.

It started with perfect weather and impeccable outdoor lighting at University Park Methodist Church.

The reception at the Filter Building had awesome views and has quickly become one of my favorite places to work.

The florals by A Man and A Woman Floral Design were, hands down, some of the most unique and dynamic designs I have seen in quite some time.

And finally, the band, David Whiteman and the Experience, kept the party going and everyone on the floor. In fact, they even received an encore request at the end of the evening. Nobody wanted to go home!

And if all that doesn't make you want to check out their slideshow. maybe this will:
